• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
• Request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• Request notification of actions taken to third parties to whom your data was transferred,
• Object to any negative outcome that arises from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request compensation if you incur damages due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

If you submit your request regarding your rights listed above in writing to Haser, Haser will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days free of charge. However, if the requested transaction incurs an additional cost, Haser may charge the fee specified in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.

To exercise your rights, you can submit your request in accordance with Article 13 of the KVKK by sending it in writing to Haser's address at “Yeşiltepe Mahallesi Atatürk Bulvarı No:87 Erenler - SAKARYA.” Your request should include your name, surname, signature, your Turkish identity number if you are a Turkish citizen, your nationality and passport number (or identification number, if applicable) if you are not a Turkish citizen, your residential or business address for notification purposes, your email address and phone number, and the subject of your request along with the necessary documents for identity verification.
