INFORMATION NOTICE ON SECURITY CAMERA RECORDING SYSTEMS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA ("LAW")
1.Purpose
As Haser Alüminyum Plas. San. ve Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Haser”), located at Yeşiltepe Mah. Atatürk Bulvarı No:87 Erenler/SAKARYA, with tax number 4580487652, we hereby inform you that your personal data, obtained through the recording of your image and voice by security cameras, will be processed in compliance with the conditions set forth under the capacity of a data controller. Your personal data will be collected, stored, maintained, reorganized, and shared with institutions authorized to request these data, and may be transferred domestically or internationally to third parties in compliance with the Law. This data will be processed for the purposes related to ensuring physical security within the scope of our commercial activities or service relationship with you, and in a way that is limited and proportionate to this purpose.
This Information Notice is prepared to ensure that the activities carried out by Haser are in compliance with the principles set forth by the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
2. Collection and Method of Personal Data
Your visual and audio data will be obtained through visual, auditory, and electronic means, depending on the scope of the service relationship, and will be processed using automatic methods. Our company will process your personal data in line with the purposes specified in this Information Notice. Should the purpose of data processing change, your additional consent will be sought.
In this context, your personal data collected for the fulfillment of service-related contracts and legal obligations include your visual and audio recordings.
The specific personal data collected and processed by our company include:
Data Category: Physical Space Security Data
Personal data related to records and documents collected upon entry and during the time spent within the physical space, such as camera recordings, and security records. These are processed through security cameras installed inside and outside the workplace and buildings owned by Haser to ensure company security, and this process is monitored by the IT department.
Haser’s premises include 34 security cameras placed at various locations such as entrance doors, the garden, exterior of the building, kitchen, terrace, visitor waiting rooms, corridors, production areas, open offices, and meeting rooms, all of which are used to record footage for the purpose of maintaining building security. The recording process is overseen by the "Haser Alüminyum Plas. San. ve Tic. LTD. ŞTİ KVK Commission."
3 - Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed by our company for the purposes listed below but are not limited to these:
- Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations,
- Ensuring physical security,
- Monitoring unauthorized activities to ensure the security of personal data.
The personal data mentioned above are stored in physical and electronic archives within Haser and third-party service providers in accordance with legal provisions.
4-Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

Your personal data may be shared with third-party security service providers or public institutions, judicial authorities, and law enforcement agencies when necessary to fulfill the legitimate interests of the data controller or legal obligations in compliance with the Law, provided it does not infringe upon your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5 - Ensuring the Security and Confidentiality of Personal Data
In compliance with Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Law, our company takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure that your personal data are protected against unauthorized processing, access, or storage. In the event of unlawful access to your personal data, our company will notify the relevant data subject and the Board at the earliest possible time.
6-Deletion, Destruction, and Anonymization of Personal Data
In accordance with Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Law, personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon the cessation of the purpose for which it was processed, either by the company’s initiative or upon the data subject’s request. This process will be conducted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
7-Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
Under the Law and relevant regulations, your rights include:
a. Inquiring whether your personal data has been processed, b. Requesting information regarding the processing of your personal data, c. Learning the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with this purpose, d. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or internationally, e. Requesting correction of any incomplete or incorrect data and notifying the third parties to whom your data was transferred, f. Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data in case the processing purposes are no longer valid, and requesting that this be communicated to third parties, g. Objecting to any outcome that may arise from the exclusive analysis of your data through automated systems, h. Requesting compensation if you incur damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can submit your requests in accordance with the Law by completing the "Personal Data Protection Law Application Form" available at “https://www.haseryapi.com.tr” and deliver it to the Haser Alüminyum Plas. San. ve Tic. LTD. ŞTİ. address either by hand or via a notary, or by sending a signed copy via registered electronic mail (KEP) to haseraluminyum@hs01.kep.tr, using your secure electronic or mobile signature or an email registered in the data controller's system.
Haser will respond to requests within 30 days free of charge, according to Article 13 of the Law. If the request is rejected, the reasons for rejection will be provided in writing or electronically.
